Prom Photography

A no-hassle, no-pressure service.

I photographed my first school Prom in 1998 and since then have put together a very attractive package which has been used by a large number of schools all over the UK.

Naturally there is no fee for attending a Prom and my prices are, I believe, around the lowest in the UK.

I charge only £5 for a 9"x6" print including P&P to the guest's home (or school if that is more convenient). For an extra £1, I will make that two prints!

So, two 9"x6" prints for only £6.

I can keep the price low because nearly all the schools that I work with build the price of the Prom photographs into the overall ticket price and I simply invoice the school for the total number of guests attending.

This has several advantages:

1) All guests at the Prom are entitled to photos of their special evening.

2)There is absolutey no pressure on anyone to buy.

3)There are no 'hidden' costs involved.

I normally do not print on the evening. I feel that this simply increases costs and puts pressure on guests to buy when they should be having fun. It also means that they can have as many photos taken as they wish throughout the evening, without ever feeling that they've bought the 'wrong' photo at an earlier stage in the evening. If however, you would prefer on-site printing, then I use professional Kodak Dye-Sublimantion printers which will print up to A4 size in about a minute. 8"x6" prints cost £7 each, and A4 prints cost £10 for this service.

All images are posted onto a secure website within 24 hours of the Prom and will remain there for a full twelve months. This means that guests can order their prints, or order reprints, at their leisure. Only your guests will have be able to see the photos from the evening, and certainly they will be the only one's able to order prints (you might be suprised how casual some photographers are when it comes to making a few extra sales). These secure websites are extremely popular with guests and are currently achieving more than 25 000 page hits per month!

Reprints cost only £4 each and can be ordered at any time.
